I got this problem and I resolve it now. So I want to share who has got the same problem as mine.

Problem

After use Dynamic views template. Blogger (Blogspot) owner cannot edit HTML code and cannot verify Google Webmaster Tools by using Google Analytics method.
I've try added Analytics Web Property ID (Dashboard > Settings > Other > Google Analytics > Add Analytics Web Property ID. But it still "Verification failed".

Symptoms

Verify ownership Verification failed for http://example.blogspot.com/ using the Google Analytics method (less than a minute ago). The Google Analytics tracking code on your site is in the wrong location. You can verify site ownership only with the asynchronous snippet placed in the section of your home page. Learn more.
There are several ways to prove to Google that you own http://example.blogspot.com/. Select the option that is easiest for you. (More information about site verification.)

Try

Click

1. Alternate methods tab
2. click Upload an HTML file to your server You can use this option if you are able to upload new files to your site.
3. Click Verify
4. Done!

ปัญหา Verify Google Webmaster Tools ไม่ได้

ผู้ใช้ Blogger (Blogspot) ที่ใช้ Dynamic views อาจจะ verify Webmaster Tools ไม่ได้ 
เนื่องมาจากใน Theme นี้ ไม่อนุญาตให้เราแก้ HTML

วิธีแก้ 

ให้เราเข้าไปที่ Google Webmaster Tools > Alternate methods > กด Verify แบบ

click Upload an HTML file to your server You can use this option if you are able to upload new files to your site.

จากนั้นกด Verify เลย
